This policy explains how our website handles information. Prologue Therapy & Relationship Counseling is operated by NML Therapy Solutions, LLC. Our office is at 4 Main St in Flemington, New Jersey.
What this covers
This policy covers the website only. That includes the booking form and the contact form. It does not cover your sessions or your clinical records. We describe our clinical privacy practices further down this page.
What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you type into the booking form or the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and a message about what brings you in. When you submit a form, the site emails it to us. We use it to reply to you. Your submission is not stored on the website.
Tracking and cookies
The website has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and no third-party font hosts. It does not use cookies for visitors. The one cookie the site sets is for our own staff when they sign in to the site editor.
Google Maps
Some pages embed a Google Map showing our location. The map loads from Google, and Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
Health information
The website is not a secure channel for clinical information. Please do not send detailed health information through either form. Keep your message short, and tell us the rest on the phone or in session. A sentence or two is enough. You can reach us at (908) 271-8547.
Clinical privacy
Our clinical privacy practices are described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. We give that notice to clients in the intake paperwork. It is separate from this website policy.
