We do not look for one person in a family to blame.
We view relationships like a mobile over a baby's crib. If one bobble is touched, they all move. When one part of the family is under strain, every other part feels it.
Families call when the same argument keeps happening at home, and some can't point to one cause. Things at home just feel strained. There's no minimum age for family therapy here.
If the strain sits mostly between the two adults, couples therapy may be the better starting point. If your main concern is a teenager, we see adolescents here, and teen therapy is the page for that work.
Family counseling at Prologue starts with a free 15-minute phone consultation. You tell us about your family on the call, and we recommend a therapist by specialty, price point, and schedule.
Our office is at 4 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822, with parking in the rear of the building. Families meet us there in person, or virtually from anywhere in New Jersey.
Hours are by appointment only: Monday–Thursday 10am–7pm, Friday 10am–5pm, weekends upon request.
We don't participate in insurance panels; we're an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed after your deductible. Our biller can check your benefits before treatment starts and files claims on your behalf.
