How Can We Help You?

How it works

  1. Book the call.

Call us or fill out the form, and we set up a free 15-minute phone call.

  2. We talk about what's going on.

You share what has been going on and ask any questions you have. At the end of the call, we recommend the therapist whose specialty, schedule and price point fit.

  3. Start your first session.

At our office at 4 Main St in Flemington, or online from anywhere in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Florida.

How much does it cost?

Our fees differ depending on the clinician, so we can provide exact numbers during our consultation as you share what you're dealing with. Prologue is an out-of-network provider, however, if your plan covers out-of-network care, our insurance biller April can file claims for reimbursement on your behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens on the free call?

You share more about what's been going on, and ask us anything you want about the therapists, practice logistics, or anything else on your mind. There is no pressure to book a session, though if you decide to, we can create your profile in our system and book your first session.

How do you decide which therapist I see?

We listen to your story on the call, then point you to the therapist who fits it. Our therapists have different specialties, schedules, and price points.

Is my problem big enough for therapy?

Yes! You don't have to be in a crisis to come in. In fact, it's better to come before you're in crisis so the problem is more manageable.

My partner won't come. Can I still start?

Absolutely. We think of relationships like bobbles on a baby mobile. If you touch one, the whole mobile shifts to account for the change. You can come on your own and work on the relationship from your side, and what changes for you changes how the relationship runs.

How long will therapy take?

It depends on what's going on and how much you work on it between sessions. Two exceptions: discernment counseling runs five sessions at most, and premarital counseling is usually about six.

Is everything I say private?

Everything stays between you and your therapist, with a few narrow legal exceptions: abuse of a child or an elderly person, a plan to hurt yourself or someone else, or a judge's subpoena. Your therapist walks through these in your first session.

In person or online?

Both! In person at 4 Main St in Flemington. Online anywhere in New Jersey. We also have therapists licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida. New York coming soon.
