I am an Associate Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in New Jersey, and my passion aligns with assisting individuals, couples, and families maintain growth toward both their short and long-term goals. I am experienced with managing early, middle, and long-term addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and systems theory. I attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice where I received my Masters degree in Forensic Psychology. My goal as a therapist is to foster an environment for my clients where they feel comfortable to be themselves.
