Tiffany sees couples, teens and individuals, and works in the Flemington office and online.

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor whose work is rooted in systemic thinking, relational health, and the belief that people can develop greater flexibility in how they understand themselves and connect with others. My approach is informed by Family Systems Theory, liberation-informed practice, and a focus on the interpersonal and social contexts that shape mental health.
My experience includes crisis counseling through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, facilitating community-based groups, and supporting individuals navigating complex relational, emotional, and life challenges, including work related to men's mental health.
I have a particular interest in personality functioning, relationship patterns, and helping clients build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I strive to create a therapeutic space that balances compassion, accountability, and collaboration, viewing healing as a process that occurs through both self-understanding and meaningful connection with others.
